Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100%. There is a 10-minute grace period; after 10 minutes, a late fee may apply or the appointment may be canceled.
